The Breeze 09

WHAT A SHOW.........hats of to Neil smart and the SSVC crew

they've pulled it off once again brighton was heaving, well done to

newwaves members who came a great cruise down

with a total of 11 cars displaying 'thanks to SSVC for allowing us

to display we do try to

mix it up a bit each year and it seems to go down well'.

We all met at 7.30 on the a217 and left pronto to get down to

Brighton and a well deserved breaky on the way before pulling

on the front. As always everyone mucked in to set up the display,

the flags took a hammering to say the least in that wind

'thanks Alan for transporting the stuff'& thanks to 'mandy for knocking up the breeze special stickers a nice touch'

It's amazing how the breeze brings out cars you haven't seen year on year, there was quite a few europeans that headed over aswell we caught up with some dutch guys top people spent the night with them up at the race course. Hello to Arnold and his mates nice restocals watch out for his show splitty next season. The band kicked off at 8 in the stand which were good and got the crowd going, it was good to get in there and warm up a bit...........anyway mucho beer later and to say we warmed up is an under statement there wasn't one newwaver not on the dance floor cutting shapes a great crack!!

Well the party passed and we continued at base camp as normal had to see the last camping meet out didn't we..............um didn't feel so great on sunday morning anyway......liz was suffering for her knock back games 'your only 30 once ay liz' HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR TODAY!!!! Anyway are'll wrap it up needless to say the breeze was well worth the visit like many shows this year.

Just to keep you updated theres a meet at the ace cafe SSVC swap meet on the 7th Novemeber and Slough on the 8th, not sure I can make it im moving but are'll do my best, if its a nice dry day the ace is worth a trip as you know.

NEWS!!!!!

There's talk of a possible change to the breeze setup and the cruise starting at brighton and the over night camping on saturday at hook road arena, not sure how this would go down but a change is as good as the rest imagine all those vdubs cruising out of brighton on a saturday afternoon carnage......but fun!!!!

Cheers

Scottie............'your turn next H'..........watch out for Howards build update here soon!!

October 6th.

Cheers Scottie................
